Traditional goal setting and broadening it to encompass higher limits does well for many people. But objectively defined goals that are achievable in small chunks or gaps gratify us better. It's more of a self audit. You set goals, you achieve one objective and celebrate, the journey keeps rearranging itself but goals and time constraint remains fixed. Very well written. I like the diagrams. Thanks Dr Akshad. You are a very good inspiration. I'll follow that goals need not be mediocre.
