Tolerance begins and ends at the same time
We are not tolerating each other, we are living.

To write this article, I went through some 5–6 write-ups on medium. And I found that we are all writing the same things, we are emanating same trends except for the experts who become the trend makers by intriguing other writers to follow the news.
I was writing a book chapter on diet therapy for cardiovascular diseases a few days ago. I realized, I am confused about what to eat now. It could be a low fat diet or low carb diet, high fat ketogenic diet, portfolio diet or simply a traditional mediterranean diet. They all work well enough in lowering bad cholesterol, reduce weight, better manage diabetes, and hypertension. With this plethora I can go on and on about choices an individual can make in choosing the right nutrition. Factors like time taken to reap the results or reversal on discontinuing a diet also have been differently discussed in various research results from across the world. We can explore any form of diet and see which pattern can be tolerably adopted in the long run. If there are short-term results or no good results, we get frustrated so we try something else frequently.
When there are many options, tolerance begins and ends at the same time. We have hope so we explore. We tried to end consuming one food for another, still hopeful. When there is hope, we anticipate and prepare for the future. We can continue the way we are, or change for the better. Many authors suggest that change is inevitable, but what kind of change? Should we change our environment or our thinking. I am a proponent of changing my thinking. We might understand a colleague as an opportunist, but he was actually equipped with the required credentials, therefore he was chosen, not because he connived. This changes how we think about him quickly, because most mentalities require affirmations not negations, it is easier to tolerate someone we like and not someone we are jealous of or we want to compete with. How we tackle competition is personal, its in our personality. But most humans want to think good about other people, thinking badly about others around you is very difficult even when there is professional rivalry. There should be awe not callousness. But be free to choose your ways and kill me for that if you disagree. But really tolerance is something that we never have to practice. Be yourself. If you tolerate your mind, you tackle everything. Try learning this art from monks. You will love life once you practice not to tolerate but tolerate.
As for me, I have tolerated multitudes inside out and outside in already at the age of 39. But I never thought I was tolerating so much!! I thought this way we live better. What can be the life on Earth if we make it alone and the rest of the world dies. We tolerate because we all want to make it. We all desire a platform, we all want to learn and earn. Can we kill ourselves for people’s intolerance. Is this right? Is it legal to kill ourselves if we assume that there exists intolerance against us? So we tolerate, and become well-adjusted to our nature alone or with family.
I suggest if we read the same thing again and again by different authors, we are tolerating and enjoying their self expression. Then we create something similar, that many people read to get ideas from to transform their life or their writing. This is the change that is desirable, do not change your thoughts, change your response and action towards betterment. We are change-makers but we cannot impose the same thing on different cultures, gender, religions and nations. But some of us get hit and we change ourselves not the world. When you live as an example, you live better. You can be an example for your father, mother, siblings, spouse, children and friends. A cascade of events follows this and we become tolerable through our tolerance. Really tolerating is human nature, you need not inculcate it. If we read what we like, we can tolerate it. If we feel happy writing, we get that oxytocin release, which helps us to read more articles like ours and finally the platform itself is there to tolerate anyone. This platform is life in itself, once you are dead, nothing exists, you no longer are you. Who are you? No one, no more!! Don’t be scared or depressed, you mean a lot to the Earth, so contribute someway everyday to preserve your and other’s sanctity. Remember, you are a part of nature.
Create for your satisfaction!!
