Go raw and difficult

Life is not to be lived refined and posh. At times pick adventure. Pick difficulty for growth and not a placid strategy, not letting it come as a fruit for most things through luck.

Go embrace the difficult part to become strong minded, heavily willed and build a very responsible person out of yourself, otherwise you are living a life with eyes shut and waiting for it to pass by.

What good a brother who does not pick his friend’s luggage despite the knowledge that the friend is frail. What good a colleague is who only does his part and never bothers to help others or give them empowerment to seek help.

Why prefer steel cut oats?

They are better for digestion and metabolism.

Difficulty levels and challenges help us become resilient and upfront. What we never did is not known to us, but someday we have to do. We need to learn something. Because if we die tomorrow, would it be good if we did not experience entering a high profile corporate office, or the ‘Bolshoi Theatre’? Eating food with chopsticks and not with fork? Keep experiencing and always be in a learning mode.

As a professor in a medical college, I always insist on slow and consistent learnings. I encourage students to increase their concentration…
