Believe you can make it!!

Grief and despair are more attractive to an intelligent mind. Negative thinking protects us from making mistakes. It shows us the worst-case scenarios. Despite hardships, we find a way out. We may not act but do because of the internal and external vital forces that consistently enable us to take action, sometimes unreasonably. The vitality of our life is a complete impetus for us to act every moment. Even when we sleep, it works to cleanse and heal us so that we are ready to take up the challenge of another day. No, we may not think it's a challenge, it's a flow that we must float and swim through the ocean called life. Some hindrances keep us stuck somewhere but the time is flowing, so enable yourself to keep floating not drowning.

What seems obvious must not be neglected and taken care of as precious gifts of life as our critical enablers.

Energy- We must conserve it so much that we never get tired of meaningful work. In the past few years, I realized that we do not need to revive ourselves deliberately or take a break if the energy of our soul radiates for the work that comes easy. We cannot force a gymnast to perform when he plays tennis. We cannot make our son act like a daughter even if he takes over the role of his sister, may read and write like her, and send you loving messages but he never becomes her.

There was a book I read by Julian Baggini a long time ago which explored whether we actually have a self, and what it is. He wrote about sex change, concepts of self, defined by the Buddhist monks, a forensic expert who worked as a prostitute in her free time, and a woman who thought she was enlightened, who discovered that she was suffering from glioma. It may be some sort of cosmic energy, an incarnation of the past, or a sense in our brain that cannot be created by our biological characteristics.

To me, the self is energy, which is vitality in itself. It makes us grow and survive by making the smallest cell keep alive in our body. Spend this energy for self-satisfaction in accordance with your soul’s call that answers objectively your life’s meaning enabling the completion and ongoing fruition of goals. We acknowledge ourselves better than others because of this energy. We are kind, hard-working, consistent, and successful because we use our energy in that direction. Fame, money, spirituality, and love flock towards us if we deliberately direct our vitality away from grief and hopelessness that goes against the mind, and work for the external, the environment, leading us to the second enabler,

Gravity- Energy is not only inside you, there are forces outside our bodies that emanate an even larger quantum of vitality. Other humans, the air we breathe, the books we read, the places we visit, the inanimate objects that attract us, our homes, temples, and more. There is this gravity that binds us. Pray, there would be promises you make to these external attractions and live by them. When our stakes are high, we take up the challenges in the moments of despair, the gravity helps us with loads of opportunities. We cannot think of the despair, but there is a way out. This way is the gravity, the God, the energy.

The goal of our life is to use gravity with energy. It’s our call since we are born to live effectively, first in our own niche, then emancipate. Living with a smile and understanding will finally end our agony. It will save our souls from the negative tricks that our brain plays with us. We will take risks. We will have more faith. We will have a reason to live and embrace death when it comes whenever, peacefully.

I was thanatophobic but this energy and gravity have enabled me to live happily despite a negative mind. It has helped a lot to create, learn and teach. It will bring peace. It will solve troubles. It will make me take risks. It will stop me from making mistakes. It indeed has empowered me. Now I do not loathe myself due to the mind, it does not affect me. I have energy and I pray to gravity.
