The moral dilemma for success

People love a collective failure than individual success. Can we prefer every individual’s good points tapped to full potential for a collective success? Without collective criminality, individual sanctity could have prevailed. And I don’t know why they say ‘Stand out’ when all individual values are viewed skeptically with a preconceived decision that we want the individual to perish. They want to get rid of one individual and fool such other individuals momentarily. This is apparent success despite the progressing inapparent failures that shall become the consequence or what the collectivism gets predisposed to!!

Delegation of duty is indeed one of the best managerial tool that ever existed, I do not know why individuals want to do everything all by themselves? People have forgotten about collective success and continuously want to fail collectively!!

Success is one domain which I talk a lot about, there could be water conservation methods, choice of clothes…
