I am battling multitudes

Can it be possible for a good judge to consider the opinions of a score of people, select 5 ideas and finally not derive solutions but reduce to a single problem, and again fight multitude of opinions for a single solution to a singular problem? What if this happens every day in your life?
We solve so many people in our minds and multiple mind-boggling problems based on the level of our span of control. Is this mental exercise good for health? Cannot it be a sign that we are living a life well with our improved cognition and prevention of workable stress?
Logical thinking creates multitudes of questions and answers in our mind. A free thinking is an attribute not only the saints possess. We battle multitudes of thoughts as deep as we can go when meditating. But if we keep going deep, we need to develop superficial flow also so that we can implement solutions in life and find more problems to solve. Not all of these problems are our own. Solving others is a privilege that requires a patient and inquisitive mind that has explored life deeply.
Long ago, I used to watch television soaps and carefully see the psychology behind the story plots. Before sleeping those days, I used to put myself in my favourite character and solve the everyday battles faced by that character in the serial. A mind full of fiction got me to become what I am today, by dealing with emotions, feelings and cognition.
We should never deprive ourselves of everyday challenges in our relationships with others and improve them. Socializing has greater impact on problem solving. In villages in India, there is a chaupal (a hall or a room or an open ground) where old and wise men gather together and solve problems over a hookah. Many household trifles are solved this way. This set up of the chaupal can be utilized to spread health information also. Many old age errands can be taken care of when these men look up to each other for better solutions.
As for me, I battle multitudes. I keep solving my parents, siblings, workplace and my own solitude. This has made me wiser and productive lately. There was a time when I only thought books and knowledge, more than what to eat!! That is because knowledge attracts me. Words attract me. To simplify what I read, I wander with the words. Stories get created in my mind and I solve the problems more efficiently. I even become more patient with people who seek my help, I learnt to explain better and foresee what could be the lacuna and where exactly these help seekers have faltered. This is my little adventurous life in which I create a mini courtroom in my abode and learn the best path of living and solve some problems.
I can catch jealousy, lassitude, boredom, immorality and so on in people, just by speaking to them for 5–10 minutes. And when the response is their solved problems, it becomes my modest gratification. The origin of these skills in my life can be attributed to family get togethers and chatter among the grown-ups where I gave a lending ear and later discussed things with my mother to solve and decipher the most appropriate action to take to prevent coldness, anger, rivalry, jealousies, love, and productivity.
The problem-solving techniques can be applied in any profession, but among creatives and psychologists the battle becomes easy. They know better to solve themselves and consequently others.
Develop servitude. That helps to take up the challenge more-deep for the benefit of others. A service-oriented mind helps live a more fulfilled life. But I prefer objective problem solving over subjectivity. The combination of servitude and rationalism was instilled after years of work with my friends and family that emboldened personality that I have today. Sometimes I do become ruthless and relentless, even for myself in the process but basically, it is the best solution.
One of my old senior doctors possessed these skills. He was a learned doctor; with a sense of humour, I used the word learned as there exist non learned ones too. Every word of the books he read got imprinted in his mind. Of-course it was experience and allocation of time for intellectual development that brought him where he was. So, he could not only solve patients, he had an upper edge with the colleagues who looked up to him for better ways to tackle everyday hustles. His presence made my mind challenge my problems, and I still consider that hospital my parent institution in India. I was alone and my turmoil began. But by battling multitudes throughout my school life to college, a musculo-skeletal problem, a broken marriage, solitude, have made me really strong and adherent to achieve what I always wanted to.
Similar to me, there are people out there in all walks of life who have developed resilience and grit through battling their mind, keep it in control and not lose it, with a blend of recreation and relaxation also to solve better and get unique ideas. That is why what I put across to others is already known by most. This ‘nothing new’ part is but unique contextually and that is the whole story, our personal story that must be shared so that others can solve own stuff, and become empowered in their different life situations. The thought consciousness is the trick when we battle the multitudes in our mind every day and every second, if possible, to bring our mind to its full workable potential. I do not know if my readers agree, but deliberate thinking can do wonders as far as cognition and productivity are concerned that makes our story interesting to tell others and solve their problems.
So flow and indulge in life consciously and deliberately so that you enable yourself to see all colours that can possibly combine to live a great life.
