I am a morning lark consistently for past 8-10 years. But my time of waking up in the morning is from 3.30 am to 6.30 am, anytime in this duration on any day. I don't even need an alarm because consistency and struggle has fixed 6 hours of sleep for me. So true that we need not wake up at 5 am, when one can manage without it efficiently, then why not enjoy the best refresher, rejuvenator and learning method- an adequate sleep. I like this article.
